The rental rate of IPH’s Serviced Apartment increased more than 20%

The majority of apartments have two or three bedrooms, however there are many options about area with appropriate design (110, 116, 128, 131 sqm…) placed in architecture, surrounding landscape of civilization, safety and friendly. Particularly, the interior of these serviced apartments have been highly appreciated by international awards.
The next factors favored are 5-star added services such as cleaning service, laundry, gym with sauna and private swimming pool and direct hotline. Customers can add or remove each item for their own rental package. It creates a convenient living space, comprehensive services with reasonable cost, suitable for foreign businessmen, specialists working and living in long time in Hanoi.
